When they appeared on store shelves a few years ago, visually I did not like them, and I did not understand the reason for such a rush — every new product was scattered by pre-order and then it took a long time to wait for them to be back in stock.

Now LOL are the most popular dolls, they have expanded their assortment — in addition to babies, boys have appeared, there are also large articulated dolls, pets, as well as plush dolls — so there is definitely a suitable LOL for every age category,

Since 2017, the famous American company MGA has been producing LOL dolls loved all over the planet. The idea to place a doll in a ball with layers did not come to the manufacturers by accident: they realized that on YouTube videos of unpacking various toys are very popular. The company was right with its strategy. Despite the fact that MGA Entertainment did not advertise their new product in any way, the toy immediately became a hit of sales, first in the United States, and then in other countries.

At first glance, the toy looks harmless enough. It is a small ball with a doll hidden inside. But to get to it, you need to go through six more layers of packaging. And most importantly — the child does not know what kind of doll will be caught inside 🙂

The first layer is a riddle-rebus. The second is a set of stickers with the properties of a doll. The third is an accessory for the doll, for example, a bottle for watering it. The fourth is the doll’s shoes, and the fifth is the clothes. The sixth is again an accessory, but already fashionable, such as a pacifier, a headband or a cell phone, and, finally, the seventh is the doll itself.

Everything is made of plastic, including the ball itself, which, after unpacking, can be used both as a purse for a doll, and as a seat for it, and also as a bathtub to bathe it.
